Red Ribbon Week - October 2024

The Red Ribbon Campaign is an annual national drug prevention program which aims to bring awareness and education to students and their families. During the campaign, students are asked to pledge to pursue a healthy and responsible life by living drug free. As a sponsor, your logo will be placed on the red ribbons along with this year's slogan, "Be Kind to Your Mind. Live Drug Free. The ribbons are distributed to students and teachers at every elementary school in the District.

Starstruck Recognition Gala - Friday, January 12, 2024 

Join us as we celebrate our Teachers of the Year, Employees of the Year, Volunteers of the Year, and distinguished business partners at the annual Starstruck Recognition Gala.  Proceeds from the Gala will be used to enhance STEAM-related programs and activities for all students in our District. This fun and memorable event will be held on Friday, January 12, 2024, at the Rancho Bernardo Inn.

White Coat Ceremony - April 30, 2024

The White Coat Ceremony at Del Norte High School honors students who have completed the Biomedical Science Pathway courses on campus. During the ceremony, students are presented with a white lab coat embroidered with their name, much like what would happen upon completion of a Medical Degree program. After the ceremony students and their families participate in a reception.

PUSD College and Career Fair - March 21, 2024

The annual PUSD College and Career Fair will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2023 at Del Norte HS. This annual event provides middle and high school students and their families with information about college and career opportunities. Representatives from over 130 colleges, universities, technical schools, apprenticeship programs, the military, and business partners attend the fair.

Partners in Education Golf Classic - Thursday May 2, 2024, 7:30AM - 3:30PM

The Partners in Education 15th Annual Golf Classic is a fun day of golf and includes breakfast on the course, contests, the famous air cannon, the awards luncheon and silent auction. Proceeds raised through the Golf Classic help make a significant difference in the education of our students. With your sponsorship, Poway Unified School District Foundation will be able to continue to support a variety of college and career activities, and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) experiences district wide.

CTE Expo - May 16, 2024

This CTE Expo provides students with the opportunity to demonstrate what they have learned in their Career Technical Education (CTE) classes in a trade show format. The Expo gives students the opportunity to engage with business and industry partners in their area of interest. In addition, students and families attend the expo to learn more about the CTE Program available at each PUSD school.  To learn more about the CTE Expo watch this video.
